I've been coming to Dupont Dentalworks for around 3 years and I feel so, so lucky to have them in my neighborhood. The entire team including Dr. Neinstein, the hygienists, receptionists, assistants, literally EVERY single person I have encountered over the years has been kind, friendly and warm. Each staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome and it makes such a huge positive impact, especially if you have dental anxiety like me. The office is beautiful and always super clean. I can't imagine going anywhere else and just want to say a huge thank you to the entire team! You guys are the best.Posted on Google
KEVIN HEWITT22 August 2026After my first visit with Dr Neinstein I have to say how impressed I was with her and her team. From the moment I arrived they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a preliminary exam where they went over ever detail of my oral health in a professional manner that was easy to understand. I left with a new appointment booked in the near future and I’m actually looking forward to it.Posted on Google

The dentist and the entire team are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I just switched dentists to Dupont Dentalworks and couldn't be happier. Dr. Neinstein is the best.Thoughtful, considerate staff and thoroughly professional personnel at every level. I would recommend this practice without hesitation for all dental requirements.I recently joined as a new client, and I am impressed with I care I have received! The team is wonderful and very knowledgeable.Dr. Neinstein is a consumate professional with a lovely bedside manner. She makes everyone feel comfortable as soon as they enter her practice. What a welcome addition Dupont Dentalworks has been to the Dupont West neighborhood !Dr Neinstein is an excellent dentist, their practice is clean, bright and airy, and most importantly, pain free and on time!Dr. Neinstein is not just an exceptional dentist but an overall great medical professional. She cares and takes time to explain everything. She works with you and doesn't push unnecessary procedures. But what really impresses me is her friendly personable approach. I lost my dog three years ago and she still remembers his name. We seem to increasingly see a lack of this as our medical system steadily moves towards a "conveyer-belt" approach. I became a patient shortly after she opened on Dupont Street in 2021. This after being patient for over 40 years at a neighbouring dentistry that went through a change in ownership. I am very happy to have found Dr. Neinstein and extremely confident she will continue to do a great job. I highly recommend Dr. Neinstein. As well, her staff are professional, efficient and friendly and the whole atmosphere is warm and relaxing.A great crew here! She, along with the assistant and hygienist, work with gentle movements that minimize any fear, and they always inform me beforehand about what sensations to expect, so nothing comes as a surprise.We have a great experience with Dr. Ioana and team. I went with my two kids of 8 and 10. Both feel very comfortable and relax during the check up and treatment. Excellent communication and extra treat for the kids at the end. 100% recommended!Always a positive experience.
